So you guys are going to discredit Newmonts inherent knowledge ...you dont  suspect Newmont already has a good idea on future logistics...you dont think there's a good chance that KK has allowed them to do their own metallurgical studies and just perhaps KK has had an "open door" policy with Newmont?
it's a known fact he's talking with them and there's a relationship. Personally when I have a symbiotic relationship with someone, both of us bend over backwards to assist each other.

I'm not saying that NEM is making a move on TUD, I'm just putting the argument out there that if they have any plans to it may be smart to do it now....If TUD puts out a PEA and gold is $2500 - $3000 the aquisition price goes up exponentially. Also, this year is very likely to feature a lot of high grade news here...

No doubt NEM follows all the exploration results in the Golden Triangle and will enter into exploration joint ventures if they think there is the potential for a commercial deposit. Where you get way off track is confusing raw exploration prospects like TC with the concept of a Tier 1 asset which has at least a recent PFS and an estimated after tax economic return over 15% at lower gold and

But I've studied this and have realized the benefits of multitudes of angels for this play...sum it up: we're moving before your derisked Seabridge: as I wouldn't even call that derisked with the elephant in the room.

In fairness, he had 2.3M options deeply in the money .......and another 1M or so deeply out of the money. Thats pretty nice exposure, Would itd have been nice to see him add a few hundred thousand around current levels, sure.  Id say insider buying (in market) has been very dissapointing as a whole for TUD.  Speaks to relative expectations on valuatiion and/or the nature of the
