Its freakin "Crux".  Its a "show me da money" piece and they do bring up some relevant concerns eg even KK would criticize the consultant reports.  Ignore it and move on.   If it hadnt been posted on this board, NO ONE would have seen it!!!!! Now, imho Crux is more legit than the paid pumper FRC that TUD keeps paying to write

There's a difference between using verifiable facts to support a logical argument (simply wall.st) and using incorrect information to push a blatantly crooked agenda....

I have no problem with the Simplywall.st article....it states facts you can look up yourself....and provides a logical argument without bias.... Walter's holdings are being held in trust for his family and so I am not shocked to see sells.... But the fact remains that more insiders have bought than sold....so no biggie.... Also, in no world is TUD the best buy on the market...we all know

Almost all the buying is really just exercise of deep in the money options that are expiring.  The odd small directoy purchase.  It would be nice to see some insider buying.  Deal of the century, no???

I'm not saying everything they say is crooked. But in this instance...yes!   Ive also done a little bit of research on them and this isn't the first time they've been known to do this....it's a bit of a pattern.

Look, there are a lot of scams and p&ds, etc out there....im all for calling them out, but you've got to use facts and verifiable information to do it. Otherwise it's nothing more than an opinion...and we all have one of those.... And in this case it's pretty obviously not even that....it's a blatant attempt to discredit TUD using made up, out of date, or incorrect information
