Map overlays
Does anyone have map overlays of TC and the LOO? possibly Highper from TUO board? Would be interesting to see exactly where it lies in relation to our deposit.

If anyone has it, Highper is the man.

Jetstream/Rockport use this link bellow to have the related map of the MTT in relation to Treaty Creek claims location, look at the bottom of the document for various maps. Have a good reading as well as it is a very interesting document. GeoAssessTreatyCreek-Jan25-2014.pdf (teuton.com)

Here is a quick overlay of the 2014 Teuton map with the 2024 Goldstorm deposit from the 43-101 report overtop. If SEA was trying to put the MTT in the middle of the deposit, they couldn't have done a better job! Unsure of the elevation profiles but I would imagine its right in the mix.

Seems the image didn't post, maybe this?

I've always wondered why Searidge chose to run the MTT along the Sulphurets Thrust Fault. Given its importance to the KSM (& now Treaty Creek) ore zones, in hindsight, it seems they were playing with fire.

Yes, Jetstream you are dam right. In figure 8 of the document, we can clearly see that the MTT is crossing Teaty Creek at about 500 meters north of Copper Belle according the scale of the map, right in the middle of Goldstorm deposit will be, which is a no-go to me whatever SEA can say.

Wow, great work guys. Much better than my handwritten job. The elevation profile is here in Figure 5, page 18. https://ksmproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/2014_Sep_27-LandAct-6408448-MP-MTT-Roadway.pdf

The MTT will all come down to who has what rights. Clarity may be some months away. Meanwhile, TUD needs to make some progress on a PEA suggesting TUD has something worth developing.

Like I've said before...id be shocked if SEA even ever applied for a permit on that tunnel path...this solidifies it for me....They know it's dead in the water and they'll try a different route.

I think THIS is why they haven't got a JV yet....They either have to buy out TC or move that route.

If SEA could not proceed with the MTT without TUD approval do you think they would have to disclose this?

....and looking at their 2024 objectives it doesn't appear to be something they're planning on doing any time soon....

To be fair, I think it's TUD that isn't wanting to negotiate...and why would they? If there is a deposit there (and there IS), what is there to negotiate about?

PS a multimillion dollar nuisance payout would not hurt us either. Very little money in the bank and a share price languishing under a buck. Just remember, TUD brought a legal action last summer that was DISMISSED. Anyway you look at it, what they requested was denied. THat was an expensive exercise in futility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe time for new lawyers????

I love the way Larry continues to spin things and dramatizes it. Naw no legal action that was struck down. They're recommending the two parties work it out. But there's nothing Tudor CAN DO because we can't find the back door or the front door to this monster. It's all up in the air like the Seabridge JV.

How does any one know that TUD is NOT sitting down to negotiate a resolution ( pretty bold statement) or having any discussions with others? We just DON'T know! A lot of meetings did take place during PDAC. But with WHO? The hunt will continue next month. TH

I believe the source of that information is a recent interview with Rudi Fronk where he was asked about the MTT and Tudor. Fronk stated that Tudor has not made any effort to negotiate thus far and has remained silent aside from the letter to the ministry. That is how I recall it anyhow.

That is correct... Also, a negotiation assumes that TUD doesn't need that land...if the route goes through goldstorm then they DO need that land, therfore there is nothing to negotiate...TUD's position would be put your tunnel somewhere else because we plan on building a mine there. Also, if SEA can't even apply for their permit at the moment, what is there to negotiate?

I'm confident that they'll have done that prior to SEA actually applying for a permit.

Lets just get TC moving............................ Gonna need some $$$$$$ though. $7M in bank on Dec 31. Burn rate from overhead has probably taken that to around $5.5 million..........................not enough to move TC forward. Hopefully TUD has been selling shares under ATM. Ithink we need another $10M to $15M for 2024 to make it meaningful..............at a minimum....

Most importantly Seabridge has not fulfilled the demands of the LoO and does not have the permit to MTT through TC. There's a reason they must first drill: before they get the permit: they must know the full picture FIRST...and then issue the permit. JS, how could Tudor negotiate when our work is still going strong. It's an impossible request. Time...a lot of time: patience.

cskhurasu on Apr 17, 2024 7:13pm
Agreed Larry60. The gang here assumes SEA has not done the drilling, therefore cannot apply for the LoO renewal or the remainer of the permits they don't have and doesn't need to disclose any of this. This is all very unlikely.

I'll take that bet! Tudor would know because they'd have the cores for assaying....Im sure Seabridge would have announced something and they'd be pushing for a permit.....

You'd also think that SEA would have mentioned something in their MD&A or annual report....no mention of it there either...

When they began drilling they announced it... We've heard nothing since... except that they only got 7 of 40 holes drilled....they have nothing in their 2024 plans regarding MTT, so im thinking they haven't done any more work... Also, whenever I claim something I post my source....you seem to hint at things that have absolutely no evidence to back them up...par for the course...
