Larry, I respect a lot of what you say but I also sense a lot of unnecesary fear mongering. I can not think for a moment this financing will not get done. A year ago with far less accomplished including not even tapping into high grade TUD had to turn potential buyers away because demand exceeded supply. Today, we have Gold at 2400$ and if this strength continues we will be at $3000 not $2600 on

That makes no sense to me whatsoever. A lot of what is posted on this board brings balance and has been on mark but I also see a level of mislead posts that causes fear mongering . Suttle bashing is no different than pumping but always an adjenda with it. Why would AMK raise 20mill over TUD? makes no sense to me.

the AMK halt very weird.  even weirder if its a financing. the fact that tud and tuo are not halted and not reacting suggests nothing material to JV or TC, but who knows.......

Since spinning off I find it highly unlikely they would add properties. Let's hope it's a major stepping in for a clean take out. Wishful thinking but that makes sense to me. Pray it's not a raise and the million shares bought this morning won't be used to short after the fact.

a takeout of AMK would warrant a  halt on the other 2 imho.  But I cant imagine in a million years it is a takeout of AMK........................but who knows!!!!!! we shall find out soon enough!!

Oh, I have shares........................a small fraction of what I used to have but I rolled the proceeds over into TUO and a little AMK. So concerned as a sharehold and concerned as a large shareholde in the JV parternes on TC!!!!!!
