cunningham is offering at least $180 million for 6 million ozs. That amounts to $30 canadian per oz of gold. 

tudor control 18 million ozs of gold equivalent at treaty creek...

30 time 18 million equals $540 million

divided by 232 million shares outstanding..
= $2.32 canadian

Would you buy a token representing one of AMK's gold resource ounces in Treaty Creek for $100? Does that give Cunningham Mining the profit margin they are looking for? Or would you rather own a share of TUD for 80 cents? Questions, questions, questions.

Agree hipher, except that Cunningham values the offer at $209.5 million for all issued and outstanding shares, so it puts TUD closer to $2.65 per share.

in my opinion an in situ oz at the goldstorm deposit is worth $60 american ... and that would be double your $2.65 share price for tudor..... big dreams are made of these...

The question does beg who is bankrolling them, especially on the back of the US as a whole taking a stronger look at Canadian mining assets. Or is it HNR Aquistion corp currently with about 60 to 70 million in cash usd trades on the NYSE at $1.93. Everything will unfold in the next few months but I guess the most important part of this is, assets being recognized. I would find it hard to believe ...more
