What do we know about HNRC?
1) market cap of $2 million tond $4 million!
2) Cash position of  $0.
3)Pink Sheet listed  that traded for $0.01 a share TODAY!

What do we know about deal:
1) It is not a deal, just a non binding offer,
2) It is subject to Financing..........cuz HNRC has NO MONEY!!!!!
3) There is a fee payable to AMK if HNRC can NOT raise the money.  What is the fee on a $200 million deal???  "up to" $115,000!!!!!!!!!!  Yes, up to $115k.  AMK has wasted a multiple of that already on this deal!!!!!  THey even hired a big name and expensive law firm@@@

Anyone remember West High Yield pump and dump????  Announced a deal with a company with NO money.  see chart below. check out the spike, for a day before it was halted, in fall 2017

HNRC, a $2 million market cap company on the PInk Sheets that trades for $0.01/share, has NOT FILED any statements with the SEC for a few years. The last filed statement in 2021 had $4 in cash!
