SEA price action would indicate its definitely not going as smoothly as anticipated....

no doubt SEAs permitting process is slow and painful! But the recent selloff, imho, is flowing from Victoria Golds collapse.  It is affecting most names with production, but especially near construction, projects in Norther Canada.  Its a big hit for the junior sector as its a reminder that even juniors that overcome challenges of permitting, funding, construction and commercial ...more

I just took a quick look at the new resource estimate for SEA's Iskut project (Bronson Slope): another 5 miilion Au deposit. However, it is another project with a super low grade, 0.33 g/t Au.  Seabridge keeps developing all these low grade projects that are too low for most companies.  I guess their philosphy is to be an optionality play on the price of gold.  If gold ...more

I personally think that the gold is a minor in the seabridge deposits and that they project more as a Cu/Molybdenum deposit.
