You have stated on many occasions that YOU ARE NOT A TUD shareholder, therefore it's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!  Focus on SEA's failed MTT which will either end up as a successful agreement with TUD, or tied up in court until Treaty Creek is fully explored.  Book it!!!

If TUD can come up with a PEA that makes technical and economic sense, I will buy TUD shares. If TUD can prevent the MTT from going ahead without TUD agreement, I will buy TUD shares. Meanwhile, TUD needs to raise money and the price is is going down until the financing is done.
