Quarter End

I think today is the last day for TUD to file its quarterly financials...60 days after the end of the June 30 quarter. What is the working capital? At the end of amarch it was $8 million.

At the end of the June 30 quarter TUD had $4 million in cash and $1.6 million in payables for working capital of $2.4 million. That was 60 days ago! Not good. No shares were sold via the ATM. And the statements contained a 'going concern' note.

i suggest you all read the financials and the MD&A. What can we tell from financials? - cash was halved in the first quarter - payables were RAMPED UP aobut $1.5 million - NO SHARES were issued under AMT (would show up in cash flow statement) -almost all employees are "constants" now for payroll purposes - KK fronted som $$$ this quarter What does MDA tell us>> - only 4,000 ...more

That statement has been in every single report they've ever put out....if you quote the whole thing it says because they aren't producing a cash flow they depend on raising money to finance operations...every non producing junior MUST have a similar statement to cover their butt...par for the course....
