Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 11, 2024) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: H56) (the "Company" or "Tudor") announces that it intends to extend the term of an aggregate of 2,576,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued as part of the Company's private placement that closed on September 22, 2022. The Warrants are exercisable at a price of $1.75 and currently expire on September 22, 2024.

I like how none of the warrants are in the money to my knowledge / we need a run up to $3 so these guys can exercise these warrants and provide the funding for the PEA through shareholders

hmm... might be the right time to maintain good relationship... Not if the exercise price of the warrants is deemed to be below the value of tudor's shares..   There is plenty of derisking to go on the goldstorm deposit but in my estimation tudor should currently be  trading upwards of a dollar more on the warrant exercise price... enough of the dilution already.... tudor

I am happy we have warrants at 1.70 not 10cts is all I can say .. the last of the cheaps warrants have been dealt with so if we can get TUD back to 3$ these warrants will fund the PEA from what I see unless I am missing something.. Sprott exercised warrants recently in FVL and the price popped !!

dilution is the biggest nemesis of the tudor shareholders.. extending warrants that I deem to be below my estimation of the current value of tudor shares exacerbates the dilutionary nightmare.... the bozos that have been smashing the tudor share price and the rest of the market will continue demanding and getting steep discounts on subsequent PPs if tudor management is not willing to stand up for the real value of its shares... what do you want to do give up to 20% of the company away in order to raise $25 or $30 million dollars in a PP...especially if the financiers will demand warrants
