Well JS you jinxed it man ;) The Irrational reveral is a kick in the nuts ?! But nothing changes .. monitary policy is moving to favor gold now. And at a time of ATHs. This will work out soon IMO.

hate to be a kill joy but like I said this am / Gold needs a few weeks to breath / the longer the pause the higher we go next time !! all good / $2500 plus gold is enough to get a good dollar for TUD / 3k is absolute bonus / lets focus on TUD more than a daily move in Gold

Yeah I'm with you SM . I am not worried at all . Just really frustrating when Au has every reason to soar .. then the tamp down come in to whack it back down :/ As long we have, and we do, continued higher highs and higher lows we are heading in the right direction.

The rate cut with more to come will spark renewed inflation via govt spending renewed QE and easier consumer credit - but this inflation has to work its way through the pipeline culminating in the higher production costs of goods and subsequent rising consumer prices that won't be felt by the masses until well into next year. This is big IMO... US FED is admitting they waited too long ! And without voicing the obvious.. the economy is not amazing like they claim. This is the fuel Gold needed. Wait for Powell to try and tamp this in a while but I doubt the market will but it now. The horse is out of the barn now !
