I feel it in my fingers I feel it in my toes ---tud's #'s???

Gold is all around me

the golden hoard just grows.....

20% of 27.87 million AUeq ozs indicated gold  = 5,57 million ozs

20% of 6.03 million ozs of inferred gold
equivalent = 1.2 million ozs of gold

now ken konkin floats the potentiality of 5 million ozs of higher grade gold. That is a hypothetical gold number as of yet, isn't it?

20% of 5 million ozs = 1 million ozs

nevertheless

the potentiality is there for teuton to show what is that 7.7 million ozs of gold at treaty creek, with the deposit wide open in all directions to boot... It must be admitted that there is a lot of drilling required to get 7.7 million ozs of gold.

that would put cunningham's offer per oz of  treaty creek gold at well below the $36 per oz or  thereabouts that was previously discussed...

AND IF THE PEA GIVES US FULL TIER ONE STATUS THEN????

Then  a $100 cdn per in situ oz of aueq may not be out of the question...

770 million dollars divided by about 60 million shares would come out to $12,80 a Teuton share...

i'm not saying teuton could command $100 canadian an oz for its 20% stake in treaty creek.... cause what do i know aside from the fact that the majors spend over or around $75 US an oz US to discover an oz of gold...

heck even $50 an oz cdn would give teuton shares a value of $6.40 a share...

I suspect the value of teuton's treaty creek share might lie somewhere above the $6.40 per share mark....

as to the nsr ... well that represents value  above and beyond what we are talking about here.

My biggest worry is the unsophisticated penny ante stock speculators aka mining park trash posting on the amk board are intending to give away the bank for pennies on the dollar and then roll over in our direction to scoop up our shares only to sell the establishment of true value down the river..Their ignorance makes me cringe.

Don't let the unsophisticated penny stock speculators come over and crappe in teuton's court.. There is incredible value in our 20% holding and we may have to fight to prevent the mining park trash from laying it to waste...

Heck why are you posting this on the TUD thread?  Just a simple question?  heck even $50 an oz cdn would give teuton shares a value of $6.40 a share...

The answer to your question is right there in subject line isn't it? Lets preface that with, what are tud's #s???!!!! capiche Plug in tudor's 60% interest numbers and derive some orientation to tudor's potential valuation numbers. huh all you guys tend to do over here is complain about larry the undervaluation of tudor's shares....well what is stopping you from ...more

blinded by the light revved up like a deuce another runner in the night https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rpq35wyDi7I all three amigos are going to get ripped off if we are not prepared to defend our treaty creek positions  Fred C Dobbs has been sighted in Stewart....

You have not answered my question! Why are you plugging TUO on TUD's thread? Ya... The answer is pretty clear! 1) Production time has been called!  2) Time for TUO and AMK to start paying! 3) NSO will no longer play an important role once TUO and AMK have to start paying.... $$$$$ Plain and simple. All IMHO... But let's see who is correct. The Future for TC is bright tho!  ...more

Yes I have...plug the tudor numbers into the road map i provided.....and see for yourself.... I'm biting my tongue so as not to .... lord forgive me I'll take the high road..
Comment by TeckPro on Sep 22, 2024 4:37pm
Biting your tongue? TUO has a Sh.t load of properties to be developed. If you think that when TC gets a Major to come on board (which I think will be sooner than later) TUO management will not pass on the CASH to its shareholders.  How old are you, and how old do you think you are going to be alive? I want my money when the announcement with a JV Major comes through.  Strange thing is ...more

Teckpro,  I think all he was doing is a basic calculation of what share values would be and suggesting the formula can be used for either TUD, TUO or AMK just plug in their respective ownership percentages and their outstanding shares to see what exciting numbers would look like at a few specified InSitu pricings ($100 & $50). Not sure I got it all correctly but I like what I see: for ...more

thank you.... all three companies are extraordinarily undervalued in the market-place right now... is cunningham looking to pick up 20% of treaty creek for pennies on the dollar?.. Did those continuous and never ending attacks on the tudor share price emanate from a similar predator's lair?.... what the shareholders of the three amigos need to do is get a sense of the range of what a fair ...more

they pushed the price down to an almost 4 year low to make the premium of the Cunningham offer look better. The problem is not, that Cunningham is not offering a fair value. The problem is, that the AMK Board is... pleased and excited to enter into this agreement  Food for thoughts...

I am not so sure AMK shareholders are excited / It's just guys likemyself are now in LARGE in both plays / I did not sit on my hands as TUD ran away on me so to take 50% off in a sense is a blessing for some of us only becAuse our exposure is rather massive now.. so yes my TFSA would say thankyou for the triple on AMK .. now if one did not get a position in TUD as I suggested b4 it ran I feel ...more

Once again.....  Your calculation does NOT factor in that TUO has NOT spin off it's many properties.  Therefore when a sale comes through, the TUO Management are NOT required to pass on the CASH directly to their shareholders. The NSO is pie in the sky unless you are here for another 4-5 years?  And finally... I am a TUD investor so why do certain posters continue to post ...more

i am a tuo investor and I just posted about the potential for tudor gaining a massive premium from any sale because it owns the controlling block in treaty creek. your welcome
Comment by Stockmoves1 on Sep 23, 2024 7:37am
I totally Concur / holding 60% warrants a premium / this is something I have posted b4 / one thing we all have to bare in mind is the potential of Gold pulling again / we have run hard and personally I feel we see $2776ish if not closer to $2900 b4 we top out... BUT even if Gold rolled over tomorrow Pretium got $332 p/oz even with gold at $1700 !! so maintaining $2200-2300 is a strong possibility ...more

Making a production decision is a well defined term in the industry, requiring a final bankable feasibility study, full permits and financing arranged. TC is many years from this status.
