Nothing as change, the License of Occupation (LoO)

Nothing as change, the License of Occupation (LoO)

Give them only the right to occupy the area in which it intends to construct the MTT and they have two additional permits associated with the MTT as follow;
  • Construction of the MTT portals at each of the Mine Site (west side), the Tailing Management Facility (the east side) and the Treaty Saddle area, including MTT construction up to and including the first tunnel crosscut (approximately 100 meters into the MTT from each portal).
  • Construction of both temporary and long-term surface infrastructure at the Treaty Saddle area on Treaty Creek Project mineral claims.
But they still don’t have a permit to build the tunnel across Treaty Creek claims, only for the portal that are anyway on SEA claims at both ends and in the midway of Treaty Creek.

Since SEA has the LOO and a Substantially Started designation from the BC Government, why would they not get the rest of the permits they need to build the MTT?

Because they would be sterilizing a huge deposit, if that permit is ever granted it will end up in court. You have to agree, no?

The real question is why SEA don`t already have those permits.
