The LOO does not interfere with TUD's mineral tenure rights to explore TC. That's all the rights TUD has. When TUD has advanced to the point where it has mine plans approved within an Environmental Assessment Certificate, and the MTT interferes with these mine plans, SEA is saying they will move the MTT. At the moment, the MTT doesn't interfere with anything.

So what's the problem? We've all known this. They will reroute or pay...plain and simple.
