Not to worry TUD folks:
Both Rudi & Ken are full of bluster and are posturing as they assert that they are "protecting the rights" of their respective shareholders. At some point, reality will set in and they will collectively realize that immense benefits will accrue to both shareholder bases if they work together. I hope that it is sooner rather than later. Each of these dudes can legitimately lay claim that they are responsible for unlocking this great store of wealth. However, given their ages, if they wait too much longer, it will have to be posthumously. As of now, notwithstanding what value that anyone imputes on either project, in reality, it is less than $-0- as only expenses have been realized. The longer that these Managements fail to work, the more value that will erode. What event will it take for this to sink in? The bottom line: The sooner that efforts are combined, the sooner that ANYONE (Yep, including Rudi & Ken) will derive benefit. Lastly, this tempest in a teapot brouhahareminds me of the story of a legendary King who wanted so badly to experience water. He plunged his hand into the water and squeezed so tightly that when he removed his hand from the water and opened his fist, he had no water, none. Then, one of his servants (likely a lowly investor like moi), suggested to him that if he relaxed his grip and opened his hand, he could enjoy as much water as he wanted. There you have it Rudi & Ken. There is the success path. Kindly call each other and begin the greatest mine project that the world has ever see.

I want so badly to agree with you and cross my fingers that Rudy and Ken can work together. Unfortunately we are asking Wall street to shake hands and 'share' an outcome... i rarely poke my head in to poopoo something (aside from our dumpster gremlins Larry and whomever else)but if that happened I would owe you a very large drink my friend.
