I can't believe SEA put out such a press release. Article 5 - Limitations clearly outlines Section 50 of the Lands Act. What a frivolous display of pure lies demonstrated by SEA. If I was a SEA shareholder I'd be very concerned.

Here is the language in question for those interested (Thanks again Curtis ) Article 5 section 5.1 (a) of the LOO  "In addition to the other reservations and excemptions expressly provided in this Agreement this Agreement is subject to the exceptions and reservations of interests, rights, privileges and titles refered to in section 50 of the land act." ___________________________

This folks appears to be "Game.. Set .. Match !"  This tunnel will never be constructed as proposed. SEA is sitting at the end of the branch and just successfully sawed the branch off behind them. Any major / JV / and all their shareholders will see this and understand they are indeed STUCK. TUD is sitting at the front door of this party with the best food all laid out and party
