bite the bullet rudy

consign the tunnel dispute into how many years and years in the courts or compromise and hopefully get a coopertive response on an alternate tunnel route... tudor should bend over backwards to  help rudy work out an alternate non disruptive route for the ksm tunnel route.

So let's say that TUD and SEA end up in a big lawsuit. Could TUD or a major still open the mine and start mining while the suit is active or would this hold everything up? I'm tinking TUD could move forward but I'm not a lawyer. If that's the case SEA would be shooting themselves in the foot.

Is there progress being made on this front The lack of communication between the two parties suggest otherwise Until the impasse between the two parties is worked out and a definitive study is undertaken to completion an economis assessment at this point is futile conjecture I made a suggestion that both parties should consider before spending anymore money.

Your motive is so clear from someone that joined yesterday TenTonActionValueHunterLarry. So both parties should stop and do and assessment ?? Yeah no... TUD will have a PEA and doesn't have to negotiate with anyone to do that. Nor should they stop speneding to get that done. Your motive seems clear to me ... don't let Ken get that PEA out and any cost. As ot would then grind SEA to a halt. ...more

What you don't get and as I have said from the start is that neither Rudy or Ken should get together only to potentially make things worse than they are now Both as I suggested should pool their resources and hire a think tank to come up with an unbiased solution both parties can agree on and get signed into a binding mutual agreement Then and only then can a PEA be undertaken with any viable ...more
