American Creek announces Mailing
The official invitation is a pretty strong sign that the Cunningham Deal will be done in four weeks.
This is a very important step towards the revaluation of the Treaty Creek asset.
2,50 CAD is not so far away anymore.

It would be nice if enough of us AMK folks could come together and force a higher price/share, since gold has gone up so much. Man, Cunningham is getting the deal of the century.

Yeah I'll politely take this offer. As I've heard here before "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush".

Pretty much exactly what my thoughts are, I have held AMK for a few years but loaded up at the recent 11 cent pull back and can't complain about .43 .. The real question is will the POG pull back short term and give a real buying opertunity into Tud in the .80 -.85 range,

I've stated many time the .43 is a ripoff, others seemed happy about it. I've made peace with the idea that I'm going to get ,43 and move my mony into TUD. If the TUD people keep talking about "derisking" which implys a delay in the PEA imo, then I may just get my money into TUD at a better value than I am in at AMK today.

Just a reminder, anything under $2.60 is better than amk at .43 so if you are waiting for a better offer on amk it makes just as much sense to take the money and dump into TUD or TUO....or more sense in my mind....take the guaranteed cash and retain a position in the project.

JS . I just want to have my cake and eat it too ;) I think everyone, including myself, is keeping their position strong here in TC. We might just differ on the stategy to get there to maximize said position. I agree TUD is where to push the chips while AMK works out (Yes / NO / Hold & wait ) but rest assured all the chips are staying here at this table behind Ken and his work.
