Well that NR was interesting

Still believe Seabridge should buy out TC. Save all the headaches coming their way.

Good news for TUD, as this doesn't affect any work they're doing.

Will not have any bearing whatsoever on the ability of TUD to raise further funds. In fact will probably help them. More world wide exposure to large Gold equivalent deposits.

Will hurt Seabridge much more as inhibits further work on the tunnel plus adds more confusion and angst in them finding a JV partner.

Lawyer Costs not good but if they win get SEA  to pay all costs for starting this friction in first place.

In this world it's only fair to stand up for your rights which the TC trio hold over their claims. Don't get bullied. JMHO.

9LIVES, itll affect TUDs ability to raise money.  currently they have none. its like deja vu all over again aka summer 2023 when TUd lost again after spending $$$ on lawyers........and then lost again in summer 2024... Work by SEA on the tunnels is not impeded by the fact that TUD has hired lawyers. Get real. Why would SEA pay hundreds of milions of dollars to buy out the Amigos when TC has not even a PEA and KSM has 100 years of economic reserves and resources.
Comment by NineLives on Dec 12, 2024 10:27am
CSK if you can't figure out why it would be in SEA's interest to buy Treaty Creek then you need to raise your education levels ! Right now SEA's deposits are all locked in to a place where the sun don't shine. If their deposit was an easy extraction they'd have had a JV partner a long long time ago. Thats really all to discuss, what more could you add ?

Honestly, this is the least of SEA worries right now....their substantially started status is at risk which is a MUCH bigger issue than the MTT....but it certainly compounds their issues....

REALITY CHECK! Neither SEA or TUD are in the best share financially. BUT SEA IS IN A MUCH STRONGER RELATIVE POSITION. As at Sept 30, SEA had $64,000,000 of liquid assets (mostly cash + some marketable securities and receivables) and TUD had $700,000. Do the math.

The math is one Larry minus one Larry equals Zero Larrys LOL

Let's not forget about sea's native friends petitions

Larry Theorums and proofs aside, are we gonna set a new 5 year low today?????
Comment by Signman on Dec 12, 2024 10:31am
This is big cope on your part CSK. You at least should admit that when you read this, as the SEA shareholder that you are, this made you go "ohh crud..!? it happened (or something to that effect)" Of course this will stop and tunnel work by KSM.. this lawfare will stop any work until resolved. And we both know they will never be allowed to sterilize the TUD claims as proposed in your ...more

Dont kid yourself Sighman, this is bad for TUD.  and a headache for SEA. My hope is that a $$$$ is reached soon which will be a huge win for TUD as it will safegard the core of the resource and get in much needed $$$$$$$ remember, TUD can only get compensation to the extent they can demonstarte teh asset is economic..................that was one of the reasons for doing a PEA............... ...more

And for what its worth I will at least put my money where my mouth is as I bought 2600+ more shares this morning (second buy this week) to add to the pile.

The law is on tudors side.  This will be stopped.   This could be in court for a decade.   In the end Seabridge will buy treaty creak.  You'll sea;)
Comment by TeckPro on Dec 12, 2024 12:52pm
Well for a start the Gov official (or officials) who have caused this very unfair issue will be called to the stand to explain how a company "SEA" is given decades to complete a tunnel that should have been done prior to TUD purchasing 60% of TC.  TUD has drilling rights (by the Gov) and now (after many years and hundreds of millions spent to explore) have discovered a higher grade ...more

Teckpro,  SEA has spent hundreds of millions and is on the verge of spending billions. TUD has spent tens of millions and only has $0.7 million in the bank as of sept 30 Do the math Money, and permits, talk
Comment by GoldDigger60 on Dec 12, 2024 1:04pm
Well it very obvious now who the basher is here for. Tunnels and petitions are a big hurt for SEA
