Doing Some Digging

TULLAREE CAPITAL INC. WEB SITE Presently Site under construction. I tried looking up the web site with the Web Archieve and found some pages https://web.archive.org/web/*/www.tullareecapital.com I read their Sedar filings. "As a result of the corporate restructuring of Pocketop organization, including a significant reduction in operating costs and its business model, Pocketop’s sales structure continues to show improvement. The closing of the sale of our interest in Pocketop to Cyberhand is still anticipated to occur in Fall 2003. This transaction in combination with cost reduction measures should ensure sufficient working capital for the Company to continue operations the current fiscal year. Also, investments in MIAS and Prime are performing well against expectations." Prime is a pharmacutical company which I though, based on earlier Sedar files, the board members decided not to go for. If anyone knows more please add. STOCK OPTIONS "As at June 30, 2003, there were 1,530,000 outstanding stock options granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company exercisable for periods expiring between January 2004 and April 2008. The exercise prices range from $0.10 to $0.16 per share which, if exercised, would result in gross proceeds to the Company of $193,800. There is no certainty that any options will be exercised." During that time the stock was worth .01 cent. That must be a big incentive for the CEOs to work harder. But for the September meeting they wanted to vote a name change and a 15:1 consolidation of shares. I guess the sharholdres said no. As far as the mining aspect of their business all of their interests in that sector was sold in 2002. I am still trying to find some shred of information that justifies this jump in trading volume.

Sorry can't confirm. Still looking though. I found some chatter about TUL amoung people from the Neatherlands on Google groups. Had to translate it but nothing substantial. Old stuff anyways. Still on the trial. Sniff Sniff Sniff.
