What may be cautionary about this deal is the price. About $3 per ounce of gold in the ground ... and reconciling that, grade, depth, tonnage, pit design, with hopes for Goldstorm. Why would Pretivm take cash for a leveraged reserve of ounces in the ground today? I don’t know much about Snowfields, but seems low and odd timing to me. cg

The other announcement was the financing - a bought share deal with Cantor Fitzgerald for $105 million, priced at very close to $22 CDN. That may be the part the market doesn’t like so much. cg

Can you think of any method of this coming around and biting us CG? I read on the 3 Amigos gold content was .3g/ton and it was not profitable for Pretium to mine it (We could be talking about 2 different locations). Does it perhaps make sense as a new rout for the MTT?
