Valuation

The rough per share value of gold based on what's been estimated at TC so far:

TUO - 27M oz X $50 oz / 45M shares out X .2 = $6.00 share
TUD - 27M oz X $50 oz / 173M shares out X .6 = $4.68 share
AMK - 27M oz X $50 oz / 379M shares out X .2 = $.71 share

Whether or not the value of gold in the ground changes and if at the same time the share count remains relatively constant the ratio of share value between the partners should remain about the same. This reflects only what has been discovered at TC so far and doesn't take into account what assets the partners have outside of TC. These assets present a very material consideration  that needs to be considered when attempting a fair comparison. Personally I feel we're grossly undervalued, but I'm only one investor. Feel free to dispute my calculations and/or thoughts, makes for a good discussion.

bigboy99 Your calculation is a correct in my view EXCEPT, it would be based, now today, on a buyout paying 45% premium to each of these companies. If that happened today, you would get close to the `valuation you laid out.  In my view, without getting into the weeds of all the value of other properties, consideration of Seabridge ect. , for which I do not have expert knowledge of, some ...more

I noticed stockhouse shows 50M shares for TUO instead of 45M. If so, would reduce TUO value per share by around 10%. Also, is the $50/oz in USD? If so, there is another 25% increase to per share value.

YJ you are correct. If I may for TUO which is very simplistic since you have TUO royalties and other optioned properties: 27,000,000 ounces x 20% * 50USD divided by 50M shares x 1.25 exchange = $6.75CND However, that would not be what the stock trades at per my prior post. If you are saying that is fair value, then a buyer would pay you that. Acquisitions happen at around 45% control premium ...more

Sorry, for some reason I thought I was writing on Tudor board. Why are you using 50 USD instead of 65 USD which is what was used in the sale of GT gold?

Just thoughts, not criticisms

Curtis111 Using 50USD or 65USD is just a barn estimate. For BB purposes. Don't take it to seriously. With good news from the FED today, I expect the POG leverage play to pick up. Then if you plug 75 or 100USD into the formulae you see how leverage works. TUO becomes a gold mine. No pun intended. Sprott is here for the leverage play. BC
