Sooo... you guys cool with the management option amendment of 500,000 @ 3.18 and 200,000 @ 2.68 repriced at $2.06?

Jeb, maybe you should step back and re-evaluate before jumping on management for repricing some options. They aren't new options that are being issued. And there is likely more going on behind the scenes with all of this. Easy to be negative and critical and over-react in a tough market but come on man. Can't you be more constructive?

Dino is fiscally responsible and consistent. He has not taken down a massive salary. He has kept the company dilution down to a minimum.   Options are an incentive and a means to offset  a salary drain on the companies cash position... We are 1 TC update away from discussing things that matter and not why option were repriced to latest market conditions... Based on last input provided by our back of the envelope experts, we will most likely show a revised resource estimate close to 40m oz Au...let's wait for the next batch of assays but that kind of what i have in mind...35-40m oz...all is good!

Hang on.  The S/P erosion is broad market induced.  If you go to Stockcharts and graph TUO.V against the TSX Gold Index you'll see a massive gain in the summer of 2020, when the Three Amigoes outperformed the gold market (which was also positive) by a long stretch. This year so far TUO has tracked the gold index.  That's the downdraft on valuation, it has little ...more

The Gipper approves of Countrygents point of view, it is empirically correct. The table has been set for some fine dining Indeed. Hoping for a full and speedy recovery for Doug! Kind Regards To All The Gipper.

"These aren't new options being issued", correct. If these were new options being issued to management I would have zero problem with them being issued at the current SP. The issue being these options were issued previously at a higher price. Let's just say they were offered 6 months ago for an example. So any shares I bought in the past 6 months you would be okay with the ...more
