Tudor's crown spin out properties overdue

Spin out should be happening soon.. otherwise tudor will have to extend its waiver on holding an annual meeting again... Having to give about 30 days notice for an annual meeting makes their previous extension into june looking tenuous...

Dino will have to update us on the developments for the teuton spin proposal and studies...  I won't speculate on why tudor is slow walking the crown property spin out...I'd only be talking through my hat... Aside from that I suspect it to happen...

Thanks highper  the dust needs to settle on this meltdown selling in all sectors then we can see some nicer numbers  I like the fundamentals for the six month range
