Tudor dilution

We all knew it would happen, but this placement in the middle of the drill season baffles me especially with a lot of drill results to come, unless the' on the ground' perception was that "this is as good as its gonna get" from viewing the drill core.  I hope not the case.  Maybe creditors were demanding payment to keep drills turning???  I , of course, want the best for Tudor and do own shares, but small position compared to Teuton.  Zorg alluded to news flow that might be used to spring board a private placement. If this was it then we all just got humbled.  WW

I was hoping for additional strong results before a PP, maybe in mid-August, to get funds for an early Sept. Phase II program. Apparently there was not enough time and no further results, I suspect because of slow assay turnaround. Last week's press release consisting of only a single partial hole might have been a clue that assays were not coming in quickly. It's hard for me to imagine

The financiers are in it for all they can get. They definitely would not appreciate tudor releasing news that would prematurely inflate the share price. It all comes down to leverage, and i assume tudor needed the money to complete phase 2 of their drill campaign.. Tudor negotiated from a disadvantaged position. It is a terrible feeling to see what i consider to be a well below value dilution. I
