I believe rudy fronk mentioned that a buyer of ksm could possibly team up with a smelter company like mitsubishi to secure the required financing for the ksm capex...

Not saying it will happen at ksm... The ompanymentioned it as a possible alternative avenue for a purchaser to raise the $6 or more Billion dollars required to build out the project.
