Why a spin-off

Forgive me if I am out of line here.  I don't quite understand the benefit of a spin-off here. Yes copper moves independently to gold and silver but I don't really see any disadvantage to having precious metals and copper under the same roof.  The one advantage (not for the shareholders however) that I can see is that now there is a third company (Silver Grail, Teuton and the new company) for which the same executives can draw a third salary....I don't mean to come across as a Debbie Downer but I just don't see any roaring advantage here for the small shareholder.  Sure we may get more shares in the new company, but we also get to pay more in management fees.

If TUO was still in the $4.00 to $5.00 range then perhaps but we are still stuck well below that last PP before the roll-back so may of us long time Longs (is there such a thing) are still under water.  It might be useful if there was more transparency as to why this is a good thing for us.

Sigh
