Why a spin-off
If Treaty creek gets sold, the buyer will get Teuton's stable of mining properties for next to nothing.. Ergo the first spin out preserves the sulphurets properties and their intrinsic value for the shareholders. That should be a no brainer to understand. The second spin out would concern Teuton's stable of properties in the southern portion of the golden triangle.
Why a second spin out. The developments taking place in the southern portion of the golden triangle --goliath and dolly varden -- are very encouraging. Both companies are drilling big time again this year.
It is possible companies have approached teuton in regard to optioning one or more of the southern properties...From my interpretation of what was written in the press release, teuton is waiting to see if the results from this years goliath and dolly varden exploration programs increase the value of the adjoining teuton real estate.
The value of option deals is increasing in the golden triangle... A significant option agreement for fiji tonga or the clone midas or the konkin property might make the floatation of the second spin out feasible and perhaps even financially rewarding to the teuton shareholders of record.
As i understand it teuton has put a predators do not trespass or expect to get them for nothing sign on southern properties that would not be spun out in the first spin out...
just some thoughts .... and speculations... for orientation purposes...
