Crawling Back In

I can't ignore the value anymore; yes, I still have some TUO (once much much more) but I've been buying the physical metals and producers lately.  With the proposed spinout, things look much better to me.  Nobody here needs me to rehash.  While the juniors are still sleeping, I'm going to open my brittle wallet and after the moths clear out, I plan to purchase more TUO, Scottie, Ascot, Seabridge, Sandstorm (loaded with January 3 options already!)

Don't be shocked if the overall stock market rises for some time; the Kool Aid is still being served and most "crashes" come when everyone is optimistic.  Nobody knows with absolute certainty what will happen but it's nice to have some physical metals, solid producers and exploration companies.

By the way, the glut of "better than expected" earnings, well, often they're not taking the last year's inflation into account so "better than expected" is often overrated.

As I've written on Twitter many times, "You can't go wrong betting against incompetent governments."  I'll leave that there; survival, not politics, is my concern now.  You have to deal with things the way they are, not the way you wish they were.

I think Newmont, after they take over Newcrest, will be moving strongly on the golden triangle companies.  But we don't NEED them to extract value.  These spinoffs are a great start.

I just have to add this (I've mentioned it before)

CANADA HAS NO GOLD RESERVES  (I have more gold and silver than they do!)  I still can't believe it; look it up; it's true, the fourth largest gold producer has no gold.  Hello?

Nice to see the noble and wise Redrum back on this board.  I agree with your assessment of the spinouts.  Just as Dino was well ahead of the game with the Prospect Generator model, I believe he is now creating a very forward-thinking exit strategy.   One thing I see with respect to his Goliath reference is that several properties like Clone in that area are co-owned with ...more

There was no mention of including the teuton royalties into the the proposed sulpherets spin out. I assumed they would stay with the proposed treaty creek portion of the property. They might then be added to the southern golden triangle property spin out. I on't see the royalties being part of a stand alone company until they can generate some revenue..
