Teuton NSR on Goldstorm baseline set
KSM is almost ready to build out. Treaty hasn't even reached the prefeasibility stage. Teuton's nsr should be valued much lower than $100 million until the risk is resolved. On the other hand, once and if KSM starts construction the sprott nsr should increase significantly in value...Time will tell. I believe investors should consider potential valuations of teuton's treaty creek in their calculations of value for teuton stock. That is a big deal in itself....

Agreed that it is early for Treaty Creek, hence why I said "after" the PEA stage is complete it should be worth $100 million. It is all very interesting to see how the whole region plays out. So many possibilities for consolidations/mergers, JVs, takeovers, etc., especially with the tunnel route in play. With Newcrest now entrenched in the GT, I assume other majors will follow...

My bad I missed your reference to the PEA stage rockport. I reacted to what i thought was an overvaluation of the nsr's current value without completely comprehending your post. My mistake..
