This wedged drill hole, GS-23-168-W1, is currently at a depth of 1900 m, drilling through a strongly mineralized area of the CS-600 Domain.

some of these holes are going 2000 meters some people are saying we can't mine at that depth...engineering guys have looked at rockburst mechanics...we are down at sea level we can go down 300 meters past that to...mine as long as infrastructure rock is solid and it the containment intrusive rock does look competent.. Ergo, in some places we have more meters to go down looking for mineralization at depth.
Given that, ken is a very busy man....and Putting 2 and 2 together with the understanding there are other deep drill holes--that are mineralized at depth---besides 168 W1 I can't imagine ken would be wasting his time talking about the potential of extending the deposit to depth unless he had compelling reasons to seriously consider that potentiality....
