may i suggest  tud - sea litigation regarding the tunnel road on tc claimsput pressure on tud and tuo stock price. Back a  fews years ago amk -tuo litigation  concerning the amount amk spent to have tc 51% both stock price went about 0.05 cents and tuo made a 5 for 1 rollback. i conclude  investors don t like that kind of situation.If Rudy do a deal for kms i hope tc will be in play . tud  alone cannot finance tc without a massive dilution as we have so many target to drill.hope an happy  agreement for all co sooner than later
