Luxor spinout dividend???

The market will ultimately determine the value of the luxor spinout company. I suspect it will be along the lines of the value of goldstorm metals. That is because the two companies will have similar claim packages and profiles... Well we don't know if we'll get a 1 for 1 distribution of luxor shares for teuton shares as yet... so we have to wait and see what our putative dividend amounts too.

I do suspect these luxor properties contribute much less to the current value of a teuton share than they will receive when they are spun out into a newco...But then what do I know.

Probably 1 share for every 2 Tueton shares owned for both of the 2 spinoff companies.... North and South America of Stewart.....may take a long regulatory time for both though... By next year????
