there is a hit piece on treaty creek by crux investors

Making the rounds. It is possible the war between seabridge an tudor in regard to the tunnel route has begun. Don't quote me on that because it is only my opinion... Another shareholder found the report on the ceo tud board and pdf'd it for me so i can't transmit it...I was told you have to sign up to read the report....

it is clearly a hit job.. meant to diminish the value of treaty creek .... for a takeover? For making a tunnel route economically feasible... how would i know? There is a lot of smoke .... and that means there may be a massive fire approching over the event horion..

Here's the report. I'm not a subscriber. I know how to open things. I sold some TUD based on the article. Wrong or right?     analystsnotes.com   Tudor Gold: Overpriced, Over-Optimistic, Over & Out | Analyst's Notes   63–81 minutes Executive Summary Tudor Gold Limited (“Tudor ...more

I'm not a financial advisor... so i won't give any adice I will point out the first fatal flaw in the article. The CS 600 zone ore is not refractory.... The guy is talking through his hat in that regard... That is a colossal error on his part.  There are many more factual irregularities and assertions in the parts of it that i read... The time to deal with them is when the smoke ...more

A big nuthinball Some valid concerns in the article e.g. metallurgy issues, mining costs for underground, etc. It begs the question why TUD wont put out a simple PEA asap.  Cost is next to nothing and would take very little time.  My guess is that they would not be happy with the conclusions based on the info to date so they are waiting until they paint a a better picture. A PEA would ...more

Just a few comments on this pretty bizarre take on the project. 1. There is no person willing to attach their name to this report. No author, no accountibility, no credibility. 2. The tone is extremely negative throughout. There does not appear to be any attempt to provide a fair and unbiased analysis.  Only a fishing expedition to attempt to find any point that could be an issue. The ...more

you can post images of it. what is the focus of the article?  who wrote it???  When (I dont see anything on CEO)? No TUD takeover happens without Eric and Walters estate being agreeable.  Period.   Thanks.

If you think this was a hit piece check out the Crux article on New Found Gold from July of 2022 where they estimated an "optimistic" 1 million oz. Au from the entire Queensway Project after nearly 700 drill holes were completed.  Apparently Crux believes they have more insight into future resource estimates than anyone else on the planet. To be honest this was a much more vicious ...more

You want regulators reviewing pieces from Crux????  Or paid puff pieces on TUD by FRC????? You musta voted for @justitrudeau???? Listen, Ken could clear all this up.............with a simple and cheap PEA!!!!! Crux did summarize the annual burn rate.  Approaching $30M/year,,,,,,,just earmark 1/2 a mil for a PEA!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive heard Ken speak a number of times.  ALways talking ...more

Wrong conclusion Larry60.  I want the regulators to look at Kirkham and JDS.  Then maybe they can look at who is misleading investors, whether it be pumping or panning.

Crux not knowing the CS 600 zone is in sedimentary rock is an irretrievable fatal flaw that by itself torpedos his entire report.  Talk about complete and utter incompetence..That was not his only clanger. However, the rest can be dealt with later. I don't fully understand crux's motive for issuing the report. I suspect it is connected with seabridge tunnel route. I suspect that the ...more

Re: Price of gold in the ground: The takeover of Marathon by Calibre mentioned in the FRC article was $345 million for 5 million oz. Au.  More than $65/oz.  The buyout of Osino was for $368 million or >$100/oz for about 3 million oz. Au.  The Osino grade is just over 1g/t.  The Marathon grade was under 2g/t. These were two smaller projects in terms of Capex opex and mine ...more

My memory is not great,...but did they not try a hit piece on Pretium too? There was a lot of talk on how it couldnt be a mine and lawyers pushing investors to sign up for a suit. All I remember was the stockprice took a big hit and I ened up buying in. It worked out the opposite to what they were saying. Bob was right all along Grat

gratvalyou here is the report on the pretium that caused such a stir. Another shareholder e mailed it to me. I believe these iceroy people were short sellers. But they did have a valid point as they said pretium's mining plan was too optimistic. And it was because pretium delivered much lower grades than advertised. The alternate mining plan they were touting was closer to the mark by far ...more

Wow, thanks Highper. I had forgotten what a stir it created. Reading that brought back alot of things I'd forgotten . It allowed me to initiate my buy in PVG at $3.63 Have total confidence in KK so Im not too worried besides isnt Crux was a paid promoter?
