Thanks Rockport1

Rockport1's post from the TUD board.

"The future value of Teuton's undiscounted Goldstorm NSR* based on Friday's closing price:

Teuton NSR =        U$ 450.3 M

Weekly change =    + $ 13.7 M

Teuton NSR = C$  610.0 M
Teuton NSR/share = C$ 10.64 /share
Weekly change =  + C$ 0.32 /share

Gold = U$2233, TUO shares outstanding = 57.35 M, CAD/USD = 0.7383
* Based on gold only (not AuEq) Indicated resource, all domains.  21.66 M ounces Au. Zero discount. NSR = 0.98% (less less 5% for incidentals)"

The NSRs and the low float is what puts TUO miles ahead in the TC race plus the assets beyond TC, IMHO ............ BB

Low share count was one of reasons I was initially attracted to this stock after researching their properties, NSR's and option deals. Way to many juniors are approaching the 300 million plus share count which leaves them wide open to short manipulation. Even more so when they attempt to finance again and again. Very happy with my TUO investment and accumulation is almost finished.

I own TUO for the NSR!!!  I also used to own it for the discount on its 20% in TC (based on TUD's mkt cap) but that has dissapeared over the past year. Having said that, you need to look at facts. I get that you reference a "future value" of NSR which ignores the time value of money and the risk of never getting into production. But all that aside, take a look at the last 1 ...more

  Sprott Hibernating! Gold stocks are all going up big Teuton could double the pace because of the NSR. We can't buy shares here because there is no offer for meaningful $ easy to manipulate down ...but when it moves up  it will be parabolic.

argonaut at first glance appears to have been under severe financial distressnear the point when they sold their nsr..They had $188 million in debt and they were having teething difficulties with magino. I suspect the price they got for their nsr was dictated by their need for cash. I'm not going in to the weeds to flesh out my opinion cause the argonaut story is a waste of my time...

  Larry 60...not sure what you are up to? -Magino has 2.3m oz of reserves not 11m and only 120k ounces of gold production a year. https://www.argonautgold.com/English/assets/resources-and-reserves/default.aspx A/R $188m in debt and a mill that broke on their way to production at a gold price $600 lower...it was sell NSR or bankruptsy. Tudor has 28m more ounces of Gold and $600 ...more

Like I told you yesterday on TUD board snc, my  bad.  I quoted total reserves for AR, not Magino.  But to be clear, TUD has 0 reserves, they just have a resource - the difference between reserves and resources is very signifcant.  If you compare measured and indicated, TUD does have 4x (although its all indicated, no measured),   I had said assume triple the NSR ...more

Larry, while I hear your point about current TUO NSR value , I have to say that due to KK immaculate track record since he's been directly involved with TC (2019-ish), i will stick with his timeline rather than yours. He repeated many times recently that TC will be in production by the end of this decade!!! No offense

highper, what they got for the NSR was a dictate of the market.  Very competitive market for NSRs over the past few years as that is the only space in mining that saw significant fund flows.   Why they sold was becasue of the liquidity issues. As for the debt of $188M, it pales in comparison to the approx. $1 BILLION they spent building Magino.  They funded most of that with ...more

why are you still talking about the magino nsr when you have the Scottie gold nsr that was announced this morning. Scottie looks as if it is close to declaring about 1 million in situ ozs of gold. They received $8 million for that potentiality.. Ergo the current value Teuton's treaty creek royalty for its up to 6 million gold equivalent ozs could theoretically be in the neighborhood of $48 ...more
