Ascot over the next 12 to 24 months will be looking at possible acquisitions or as he puts it there will be no lack of corporate interest in acquiring a high grade gold mine. He goes on to say, if you don't take advantage of that 12 to 24 month window you face the problem of the company

After listening to that discussion, it seems close to guaranteed that Harry ends up in the hands of Ascot.  We even have a timeline of sub 24 months. Could Harry become the first Teuton NSR to begin paying royalties?

The Harry property was optioned to Optimum Ventures in September of 2021.  Terms allow Optimum to earn up to an 80% interest by carrying out $9 million of work over five years.  Optimum must also pay Teuton $1.5 million in cash and issue 4,000,000 shares to Teuton over the option period. Teuton retains a 2.0% Net Smelter Royalty and a 20% interest after the option is exercised.
