Only god knows how many warrants and options are outstanding but

43 cent by a minimum of 400 million shares
= a cunningham offer of $172 million

Subject line should read '397 million shares outstanding' corrected it for you :) I know, it's quite exciting when these dreary markets wake up and value begins to get recognized especially in the Gold sector as genuine mining and exploration stocks have been pummeled.
