If the AMK buyout sparks a renewed interest in the GT, will Dino gain some leverage for property JVs?  If so, I would expect some activity on this front soon.

not really... Optioning teuton property is not the problem... Getting the right price for the option agreement is what is holding up the deals....  like why on earth would you allow someone to spend a couple of million dollars to get 50% of fiji or tonga.... Those two properties should be getting better terms than were received on the harry property. Look at their location. Look at the

it is a sellers market for the well located golden triangle properties... and the teuton properties are  prime real estate.....

Yes, I agree. It may be that potential optionees who were holding out for better terms, will now pull the trigger.  If they wait, the price/cost of the option might rise.
