If AMK sells for $.43 per share would it not be be valued at 442,800,000 shares X $.43 = $190,404,000. By that math, with the same 20% interest TUO should be worth $190,404,000 / 57,700,000 (shares out) = $3.79 per share. Again by the same math the share value of TUD would be 190,403,000 X 3 (60% interest) / 237,242,500 shares = $2.40 per share.  Feel free to check my math, I did this on the
