Gald to see TUO is moving into outperformance mode .......again!!!!!!

What people fail to understand is that the NSR on TC is the surest thing about TC. It is the most valuable part of TC today. Their is no dilution on NSR. There are no billions of capital costs on an NSR. An NSR will never go away...........even if all the amigos went bankrupt, the NSR would live on.

On top of the gem of an NSR, we get 20% of TC at a discount. A free portfolion of stocks worth $10M++, milions of shares of TUD, and a portfolio of other properties/nsrs that could always birth another TC!!!!
