and then bumpt it to 95.1% a month or 3 ago. i think that this is were they went afoul a bit .they raisd 18 mill this would have been enough to finnish  the second mine but must have used  some of it to get ownership up to 95.1%when the oppertunity presented it`s  self. to me this is a fantastic oppertunity for a small astute investore to make a lot of money with not much risk at
