  With a record date of May 13th, it might creep into May any news release.    I'd say this is a positive, hopefully will be voting for a sale of the company at north of C$1 per share.

It's an annual meeting... it happens every year. How could you possibly determine a deal has been made by this?

Because why bother having a meeting if the lights are out or no deal and assets and the mine get sold for a small bump in sp after liabilities are paid. And also the shares to directors NR. Yup bring on the deal .

I get that but its the timing I like and yup some companies dont bother with the AGM and get in trouble later and I have seen it happen . Long TVC.

I never once stated TVC has no liabilities but I did post that between the mine and the assets there are hundreds of million of $  and the assaets alone are worth around 300 million . . glta.

Announcement stated Annual and Special meeting.   I'm sure there is plenty to vote on, hence Special meeting.   There is no end of April deadline, record date is set at May 13th, so news not necessarily released end of May. This is a highly manipulated stock.     They just released a video on Twitter of Papomono progress.

Yes I saw that info Nick and I believe Sprott Holdings will be at that meeting also so yup things are going to get hot fast but you would think news would come so they have something juicy to discuss. Tic, toc. Patience pays.
