  it states in the financials that TVC has little debt and MTV's debt they are not liable for.   Remember TVC was set up be Spritt to be a resource holding company and each investment had to stand on its own.  Please do your due diligence.  TVC used to be Spritt Resource Holdings and had maybe 8-10 companies.  It would raise capital to invest in each or loan money. &

Definitely dead money for now  agree there would be a lot more volume if a deal was in the works.I have not sold but losing faith that they can get the mine up and running.The mine must have value it is surprising that no capital has moved into this play.
