If Villar provides the money, it's going to be as a loan to TVI, as he's shown he's already willing to do through his proxies. Without an income stream, I hardly think TVI would use that ...more

What I find strange is when 2 , 3 years ago the price of an ounce of gold was much lower than today, and since then the price of TVI has only gone down... so I don't know if we can call that a ...more

Wrong. Villar who owns approx 70 % of TVIRD and also owns 20 % of TVI, THEREFORE in total Villar owns about 76 % of TVIRD. You are correct that TVI does not have the funds, however Villar certainly ...more

TVIRD doesn't own TVI. TVI owns TVIRD. The structure for these companies and their multiple shells is quite the maze if you ask me. Though TVIRD might have some money, we don't konw, they' ...more
