Yes, we all know the share count is high and as a result the share price is in the pennies, not dollars.  The question is, how many pennies should it be? I would argue that 3c per share is absurdly cheap.  I have been sitting on the bid at 3c for several weeks now, along with many others. It seems the TVI share price really suffers when there is a dry patch in press releases ... even

I already have more than a full position in TVI, so I can afford to be stingy. If I had less than a full position I would be hitting the $0.035 ask, just to be sure not to be caught with my pants down when good news hits the wire.
