No investor interest
No investor interest.
Gee....why would that be?
Too many investors have hung on for very long periods waiting for this company to show some form of progress. Many adding to their positions. This loyalty goes unrewarded and ignored. It was 18 months ago that we all got some excitement (or hope) only to be now back at 2 cents.
No recent PR's certainly doesn't instill confidence. Is there any possibility of a private plaement even if it adds to existing heavy dilution.
The 19 shipments to June 30 had been encouraging. We all await the Q3 report and wish the best for managment to be able to annouce some positive news that actually stirs investor interest.
In addition to its interest in TVIRD and other Philippine subsidiaries, TVI directly held at June 30, 2022, a 14.4% equity interest in Mindoro; and a 100% investment in shares of TG World Energy Corp. (“TG World”). What does or has TG ever contributed to the operations? Is it active in any sense of the word?

Good write up. Seems like a big scam or write off. Wasn't there a law suit against these guys from some share holders and they won at one time. Asses don't even answer there emails. And same old BS new releases wtf

I got screwed with Mindoro and now TVI (which still hasn't impressed anyone)...never again will I invest a single penny in the Philippines, a country that is too corrupt. And until proven otherwise, senior management seems to work a lot more for their own pocket than for shareholders. They are more than due for an announcement that should surprise investors favorably
