This suggests some imminent deal
TVI owns 30.66% of TVIRD, and Villar's holding company has nearly all the rest at 68.42%. That leaves less than 1% for "somebody else", probably Villar's dog.
But now Villar wants more, so he buys a larger interest in TVI itself, which leverages his whole interest when B2Gold or somebody else whips out their chequebook for the whole thing.
It also leverages his interest in TVI's piece of TVIRD, if and when TVIRD finally does its own IPO.
Cagey fellow, that Villar. Covers all his bases in one shrewd move.

Obviously .025 for TVI is totally undervalued, even considering the outstanding share increase. Hang on to your shares .Villar must be thinking to at least triple his money and if you can accumulate under .04 you should do well.good luck to all.

Villar is a billionaire. He wouldn't invest to just earn a few million. That's pocket change to him. This must be a lot bigger.

Same for Cliff. He hasn't put 20 years of his life into this for a Chump Change Payday. But what a long, strange trip this has been.

He might just want the last 30% to tidy up his books. He got 12% of TVI for one million US. At that rate he will own TVI in eight years, and just fold this shell into his empire. Then he will own TVIRD outright.
