Lets summarize TVI developments.....
1} Mr. Villar is spending his own money and now has ownership of TVI of 19.5%
2} TVI management has RESIGNED
3} TVI's Board of Directors RESIGNED and will be replaced with directors choosen by Villar {June 27}
4} Villar has provided the funds {loans} in order to pay out TVI Management and Directors
NEXT possible steps
Villar increases his ownership of TVI via 1] rolling Villars 69.5 % of TVIRD into TVI through an all share purchase.This would increase TVI outstanding shares phenomenally ( over 25 B ), therefore a reverse split will be most likely prior) All TVI shares issued to purchase TVIRD would be owned of course by Villar.

Are you sure about the total number of shares outstanding after an all shares purchase of TVIrd? 725000000 divided by 0.3066 is about 2.36 billion shares. Am I not thinking correctly?

You are right, just testing you.Seriously ,should be around 2.5 B , however this is still too many shares for a Canadian listed company..Thanks

A 10 for 1 reverse split will do the trick and it won't reduce our value in the company at all. Any thoughts on St. Augustine. How would we bring them into the TVI fold?

I have thought about that .Villar owns 49.5% of St. Augustine and he could take full control if/when he goes over 50%.IMO IMO the king-king property will take too much capex .Perhaps in a few years once TVIRD has the 4 main projects going profitably.It would simplify reporting/boards etc however to roll into TVI eventually.gltu

We all know there are no quarantees in life and I am not giving anyone any. All I know is that a person (Villar ) does not spend 3 to 3.5 M to simply do nothing. Any forward action iTVI gets s better than what we have had with Cliff.gltu

Not at this point.Not sure if the new cfo for TVI will handle the pr function. I know TVIRD has a pr person, however,I dont think they will respond to anything having to do with TVI. The TVIRD website continues to be down and this probably coincides with the changes at TVI and maybe future changes at TVIRD. All we can do is wait.gltu
