Unreal. Seriously this deal makes ZERO sense accept for the MONEY TAKERS. That being said. FRAUD Investigations Occur and is hopefully only the beginning. :-) JMO GLA Cheers

this ACME was formed to do this deal it seems... wonder who they are? maybe that`s on sedar now in more detail. also they don;t say what the range of fair value is deemed to be.
