UCORE vs IBC

Any updates on UCORE's court case to get what it paid for and IBC is trying to renege on since the Nov. decision that IBC was not in contempt to have a parallel case tried in Utah (where frankly they were losing badly back in the Spring and Summer of 2020..)?  I can't find anything online about it and I know they are currently moving ahead with Innovation Metals work but IBC is contractually obligated to UCORE.  I hope UCORE just doesn't give up..

It was probably to his post containing this link to the actual judge's order which he quoted in his prior post. https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1g10nkn-IBC_Advanced_Technologies_et_al_v_Ucore_Rare_Metals_et_al__utdce-19-00222__0191.0.pdf

Looks like IBC didnt follow the rules (AGAIN) In court. Izatt was unable to provide calculated damages with or without an expert witness. Looks like the court is giving him 30 days to provide calculated proof of damages...Im surprised the court has allowed him this much latitude. Should have closed the case.
